Install the widget on your website
Add the hosted Tawasol script to a custom website, landing page, or developer-managed site.
Use this path for a custom website, static site, or CMS a developer manages. You need access to the page template and the widget snippet from your Tawasol workspace.
Use the hosted snippet
Copy the snippet from Tawasol and keep your own widget key and API base exactly as they are. Paste it before </body> on every page where the launcher should appear, so it loads after the main page content.
<script src="https://www.tawasol-ai.com/widget.js" data-widget-key="YOUR_WIDGET_KEY" data-api-base="https://your-api-base.com/api/widget" data-locale="en"></script>Choose the locale
- Keep
data-locale="en"on English pages. The launcher sits in the bottom-right corner by default. - Use
data-locale="ar"on Arabic pages or when support should open in an Arabic layout. The widget uses RTL and sits in the bottom-left corner. - Keep the page language and the widget language aligned so the visit feels consistent.
The layout details are in Arabic and English widget layouts.
Check the launcher
- Publish or deploy the page.
- Open the live page in a new tab.
- Find the launcher and open the widget.
- Send a test message and confirm it reaches Tickets.
If you use WordPress, the shorter path is Install the widget on WordPress. If the launcher is missing, start with Troubleshoot widget installation.
